This beer is smooth with lingering tastes of honey. It is made right in Poway from wild flowers and cloves. This is a very drinkable beer for both the novice craft beer drinker and the experienced triple IPA beer guy.

This stout is dark, thick and scary. It was made with highly roasted malted barley, and plenty of it, to give the beer an uncommon richness and smoky, roasted depth sort of like a hydraulic sandwich in a glass. Lagunitas brewery kept the potency, the richness, the hammer and the sickle, but tweaked the rest for the 20th century palette.
