1. Choose what you like! We have many boutique and “up and coming” wines to choose from. Please view the wine tab for descriptions of the wine. If you wish to have a certain brand not on our website please contact us and we will accommodate you.


2.The capsule is the cover that goes over the top of the bottle, covering the cork and part of the neck of the bottle. On wines you have the option to change the color from the standard (gold) to other colors of your choice. For champagnes and split bottles you can choose from gold and silver.


3. The paint color is the color that your etch will be filled in. You can choose gold, silver, or full color.


4. Wine is a very heavy and fragile product. We use special shipping packaging to ensure it arrives safely. UPS determines the shipping cost of the wine due to the package weight.


5. Shipping wine takes a special beer and wine licensing, which we have. However, not all states allow the shipment of wine into their state. If we cannot ship to your state consider shipping to an alternate address like a UPS Store that can receive your wine for you. Or select a non-alcoholic beverage and we can ship that to you.


6. Production usually takes 2 weeks. We ship through UPS ground from San Diego. If you need rush service please contact a customer service representative to arrange the details so we can best serve you.


7. You can order from just one bottle to thousands.


8. Due to current federal regulations any use of the word health or implication thereof in relation to the consumption of wine or a picture of the American flag may be rejected. Etching Expressions reserves the right to reject any unlawful or objectionable content.


9. Due to the alcoholic content of our product, an adult must be present at the time of delivery. UPS will not leave packages unattended, even if the customer signs a release. Because of this, we also cannot ship wine to P.O. boxes
