House Wines

California Blended Merlot  

Slip into your comfort zone with this easy-drinking wine. Plum and black cherry aromas are the focal point on the nose and they obediently follow through on the palate where they’re complemented by a soft touch of vanilla oak. It’s medium-bodied with smooth, round tannins.

California Blended Chardonnay   

Complex aromas of fresh peaches, grapefruit rind and cinnamon combine with spicy vanillin oak. Stone fruit and citrus flavours develop on the palate.

California Blended Cabernet Sauvignon 

A little tannin in the nose, along with plum and berry. A dash of vanilla? The taste is light for a Cab, but has a nice balance between fruit and tannin.

California Champagne

Our California Champagne is a crisp, refreshing sparkling wine filled with bubbles and fun! Pear and pineapple nuances leap out of this sparkler with lively flavors of crisp green apple. A toasty, coconut finish completes our Champagne. We blend multiple varieties, vintages, and California Coastal appellations to assure the consistent quality of every bottle. A perfect wine for any and every celebration, from anniversaries to weddings.

Almond California Champagne

Our delicious Champagne with the essence of almond! A sparkling wine with a delicate almond flavor layered over impressions of pear, green apple, and toasted vanilla. Natural almond essence is added to our Champagne to create this unique sparkler! A popular wine for wedding toasts and events of all kinds as it is a very good value.

Raspberry California Champagne

This is our Champagne with the essence of raspberry! Surprisingly delicious the straw colored Raspberry Champagne explodes with delicious red raspberry flavor on top of our hints of pear, green apple, and toasted coconut. Our Raspberry Champage is demi-sec, yet lively, and is a refreshing change from the traditional!

Sparkling Grape Juice (non-alcoholic)

This is our premium non-alcoholic option. Superior quality grapes are carefully selected from the California Coastal regions, and harvested at their peak. Under the careful supervision of the winemaker, they are blended, fermented and then properly aged to obtain the complex balance of flavors our customers expect from fine-quality champagne. The result is an enjoyable non-alcoholic champagne perfect for any event, from weddings and holiday celebrations to a quiet dinner or a family get-together.

Champagne

Moet and Chandon Imperial 

This champagne has a Clear, very pale straw look with small, active bubbles; very light, almost no aroma, subtle suggestion of flowers, vanilla, grapefruit, yeast; light, mild mouth feel; flavors show fruit, slight sweetness, toast, bread dough and yeast. Excellent balance, slightly tart; pleasant, flavorful, aftertaste.

 Veuve Cliquot Yellow Label

The Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label has hints of toast and biscuit that accent lightly honeyed flavors of quince, apple blossom and peach in this fresh and balanced Champagne.

 

 

Cabernet Sauvignon

Stag's Leap Artemis  

 Deep garnet in color offering black cherry and cassis tones and a velvety texture to the tannins. The wine delivers great depth and fruit concentration without heaviness on the palate. The bright fruit, firm structure and balanced acidity allow this wine to pair well with food.

Markham 

 Intense berry jam aromas layered with everything from cocoa powder to cola to sticky bun highlights. Berry briars and anise find their way to the party. Ripe, round and rich on entry with chalky tannins on the finish.

 Franciscan 

Aged for 20 months in small oak barrels, this Cabernet Sauvignon generously offers aromas of black cherry and plum with notes of cedar on a lingering, velvety finish.

Robert Mondavi Private Select

The wine has the sweet black cherry and dark berry fruit character that distinguishes California’s finest Cabernet Sauvignons, and its ripe fruit is supported by velvety tannins and well-integrated oak. This is a wine of excellent depth, richness and length on the palate.

Robert Mondavi Napa 

Dense tannins are soft and silky, a rich setting for juicy fruit flavors of dark plum mingling with notes of dark chocolate and vanilla oak. A Napa Valley Classic.

Charles Krug Cabernet

Our Peter Mondavi Family Cabernet Sauvignon provokes aromas of black cherry, raspberry and a hint of cocoa. Flavors of black currant mingle with rose petals while supple, smoky overtones visit the back palate. A silky mouthfeel and balanced tannins create an elegant finish to this classic Napa Valley wine.

 

Merlot

Estancia Estates 

An almost seductive effort, the smooth and well-layered Estancia Merlot plays on the delicate side of the varietal; ripe and round, this wine is a definite crowd-pleaser.

Robert Mondavi Private Select 

Brings vibrant flavors and silky tannins to our Merlot including luscious layers of berry, plum and spice with light oak nuances from barrel-aging.

Robert Mondavi Napa 

Full-throated black-fruit flavors of blueberry, blackberry and dark plum. Fine-grained tannins provide a velvety mouthfeel. Boldly delicious from start to finish.

 

Chardonnay

Franciscan 

Bright, with pear-apple notes, citrus, and honey. Silky and round mouthfeel, with rich crème brûlée highlights and a finish of mineral and cream that lingers on the palate.

This Chardonnay emphasizes citrus, melon, and tropical fruit character. Barrel aging adds spiciness and toasty, creamy nuances.

The first hint of pear nectar in this Peter Mondavi Family Chardonnay expands to aromas of brown sugar and butterscotch then segues into flavors of lemon zest, guava and chewy apricot. Firm mineral undertones embrace crisp, alive acidity for the finely balanced and elegant wine.
